Vendor relationship management consolidates the operational load of dealing with multiple OEMs, distributors, and SaaS providers into a single point of contact at UTG IT Systems. Renewals, escalations, and warranty work all route through one team.

Lifecycle & Compliance

Refresh cycles and audit-ready documentation.

Technology lifecycle planning maps client environments to budget-aligned refresh cycles, with compliance audits performed on a documented cadence. Clients receive the paperwork their auditors and insurers ask for.

C·03 United Tradesmen Group

Property maintenance through licensed local trades.

United Tradesmen Group is the property operations subsidiary. UTG coordinates maintenance, water and mold remediation, rebuilds, and HVAC services across the Mid-Atlantic, with all work performed by licensed local contractors who have been vetted through the UTG standards process.

Maintenance & HVAC

Routine and reactive, scheduled or on-call.

Maintenance and HVAC service covers scheduled inspections, preventive work, and reactive calls. Existing clients are routed directly to the contractor on file; new engagements scope start-to-finish.

Remediation & Rebuilds

Water, mold, and structural recovery.

Water and mold remediation teams are dispatched same-day for active events. Rebuild work — from drywall through full structural reconstruction — is project-managed by UTG so clients deal with one team, not a sequence of separate trades.

UTG Strategic Advisory delivers structured strategy engagements alongside a vetted referral network of legal counsel and specialist professionals. Frameworks are concrete; referrals are accountable.

Vaxelrod develops VIPS — the Vaxelrod Intellectual Proprietary System — an AI-driven procurement compliance platform engineered for federal mission assurance.
